benefiting and improving their neighborhoods. The Small Business Awards

community weeklies, including Our Town, The
West Side Spirit and New York Press.

HELL-O, DOLLY
June 8, 2006 -- SEX sells anything, even real estate. Dolly Lenz, the top broker
at Prudential Douglas Elliman, is one of many big shots such as Louise Sunshine,
Dottie Herman and Howard Lorber in Avenue magazine this month. But Lenz, dubbed "The
Rainmaker," is the only one who posed provocatively - a la Michelle Pfeiffer
in "The Fabulous Baker Boys" - strung across a piano wearing high heels
and a white mink stole. No wonder she closes so many deals.
